Then there is the task of categorizing my work for you, to help you find what might appeal to you. It’s a kind of organization that is simple and yet confusing. My processes to take the photographs, process them, edit them, rework and interpret them into pieces that speak to me, defies categorization. Yet, I see my interests lie between the concept of the stresses we feel in life and what is important to us to help us recuperate from the stresses, and many things in-between. The stress and the relaxation pieces are easy to find, the others, I think, are work that are mostly individual takes on the world around us. But, landscape, architectural interior, exterior, portrait, corporate, industrial and others, are categories that are from my past. I don’t see things like that these days. That is the joy, I feel in creation now… something not easily characterized, but, in that honesty, I’m trying to achieve, united by a style of my own and emotional, and sometimes thoughtful expression, I hope to find the flow of my work.
